Happy Homeowners

My husband and I had a dream goal of building a home one day. That dream came true in the spring of 2015. We had bought our first home with Everyhome in 2009. We had such a great buying experience that we decided to call our Everyhome Realtor to sell that home and help guide us in fulfilling our dream. We were very focused on being in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School district. We had two young kids at the time and wanted to find our forever home. After a short search we landed in Devon, Pa and signed contracts to build our house with a settlement in January 2016.

Building a house can be overwhelming but knowing my Everyhome Realtor was there to ask questions I would never have thought to ask and to advocate for us made us feel confident in our decision. She was there for us from the very beginning (quickly selling our house), through the building process, and lastly up to settlement.

We are coming up to 3 years in our dream home and couldn’t be happier. Our children love our house and we have already built so many memories here. We have really been able to that make this house a home. We are loving the area and know we made the right choice in the location. The schools are fabulous, and all my daily errands are only a short distance away. I was able to get all this and my forever dream home. This was such a great move for us!

I loved working with Everyhome because of their honestly and expertise so much so I decided to join them in making people’s Real Estate dreams come true! In 2016 I got licensed as a Realtor and went to work for them.  Life is great and I am bringing more Happy Homeowner stories to life!
