If you have a deck, be sure to clean it and check for any needed repairs before the warmer months. Deck cleaning companies are available for a few hundred dollars as a shortcut. And for those homeowners with a yard, consider powering up your lawn equipment (including your mower and weed whacker) to ensure that they’re in good working order. March and early April are also a good time to prune any rose bushes, if you have them!
Your roof can take a beating during the winter months, so it’s a good idea to check for any missing shingles or other issues.
