(2) wet basement: significant waterproofing has been done: added gravity drain to remediate flooding issues without need of electricity so sump well drains even in power outages; installed perimeter french drain and french drain in walkout. basement still gets damp along french drain in extreme storm or flash-flooding conditions & waterproofing company that installed the french drain recommended finishing the waterproofing w/ an exterior french drain. neither the siding nor the wet basement keep this home from being move-in ready. all living spaces are in good condition and have been a wonderful home for years with the homes amazing features far outweighing the issues.
