BR's 3 & 4 are on the second floor along with bath 2 which includes a tub/shower. BR 3 contains 2 twin beds plus 1 full; BR 4 contains 2 full beds-one with a trundle. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer & plenty of cabinetry. Unit 2 description: The main living area has a queen pull out sofa, 2 chairs, 2 dressers, end table, lamps and wall-mounted TV. There is a separate kitchen area with sink, garbage disposal, refrigerator and a small table with seating for 3. Countertop appliances include cook plate, oven, toaster and microwave. The bath features a tiled shower, sink, toilet and electric hot water Reni unit. Stairs lead to an encapsulated loft. Exterior amenities: A 6’-tall vinyl fence with lighting surrounds the rear of the property, with a 3’-tall vinyl fence on both sides of the front of the property. Access to the property is through a 4’ x 8’ x 4’ high vinyl gate and a 4’x 4’ single gate with brick planters on each side of the gate.
