Dear Santa,
We’ve been nice all year, worked hard for our clients, and collectively sold over $108,000,000 in real estate! We have just a couple requests on our wish list: 
- EveryHome wishes to continue to grow and expand throughout Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. We added 25 incredible agents to our team this past year, and we hope to add even more in 2018!
- We know that mortgage rates have defied all predictions and remained low for the past couple of years…. but can we keep them low for another year? Pretty please? It will help our buyers afford their favorite homes, and make it easier for first-time buyers too!
- It’s (still!) a seller’s market, with homes selling quickly in many suburbs. While it’s a great time for homeowners looking to sell, buyers are struggling with bidding wars, rising prices, and generally low inventory of homes for sale. In 2018, we would love to see more and more homes hit the market – especially moderately-priced homes!
