Chester County is more than just a pretty face! Nestled among the rolling hills, historic homes, and elegant horse farms are a few truly special eateries. These are three of our favorites:
It doesn’t get much fresher than Wyebrook Farm in Honey Brook! Nestled on a working farm built in the 18th century, this BYOB restaurant is a true “farm-to-table.” All meats are raised on their 360-acre sustainable farm, and vegetables are also local and seasonal. Some current items on the menu include an artisanal cheese plate, lamb tartare, and goat cheese cannelloni. Dinner is served from 5pm-9pm Wednesday through Sunday, and reservations are required.
Looking for an amazing alternative to your usual Sunday brunch? Look no further than Creperie Béchamel in Wayne! This popular spot offers an delicious array of sweet and savory, light and fluffy crepes.
If you love craft beer (and really, who doesn’t?) be sure to check out Boxcar Brewpub in downtown West Chester! With a large assortment of beers and a great pub menu, Boxcar Brewpub is known for their friendly service, live music, and “speakeasy” vibe. Duck in for a Mango Ginger Pale Ale or Baked Mac ‘n Cheese Tuesday through Sunday — prices are affordable, too!
