Food lovers, rejoice! The Philly ‘burbs are home to some incredible restaurants. Here are our five favorite local towns for foodies.

1. New Hope. This charming Bucks County town tops the list for its creative, unique, and beautiful waterfront bistros, bars, and cafes.  Our favorites include the delicious Cafe Blue Moose (the nation’s first youth-run restaurant), the vegan-friendly Sprig and Vine, and the inspired, beautiful Karla’s Restaurant. For drinks overlooking the river, be sure to stop by The Landing.

2. Wayne is located along the affluent Main Line, so it comes as no surprise that some of the finest eateries in the area are located along Lancaster Ave. We particularly love Teresa’s Cafe, White Dog Cafe, and the swanky, sophisticated Paramour.  And for a casual breakfast, be sure to try Nudy’s… Yum!

3. Skippack Village is home to some of the most quaint, mouth-watering restaurants in the region. We love the ambiance and menu at Back Porch Cafe, the delicious gnocchi at Basta Pasta, and the creative offerings at Parc Bistro. For something a little more elegant, be sure to stop by Hotel Fiesole.

4. King of Prussia is home to nationally famous elegant restaurants and family favorites! After an afternoon of shopping at the mall, be sure to make a reservation for your favorite steakhouse, whether it be Ruth’s Chris, Morton’s, Sullivan’s, or Capital Grille. King of Prussia is also home to The Cheesecake Factory, Legal Seafoods, and Maggiano’s — so be sure to take the kids!

5. Media is friendly, trendy, and a foodie’s paradise! We can’t get enough of Lotus (a gorgeous, farm-to-table BYOB) and the ultra contemporary Azie Asian Fusion. Or, keep it casual and stop by Iron Hill Brewery.
