The biggest variables are location, size, and condition…but there are a lot of other things that affect the value, too! We take a look at all of the homes that recently sold or are on the market nearby, and we take a peek at the pictures & stats of those homes to see exactly how they stack up.

                Computer-generated CMA’s (*cough cough Zillow’s Zestimates*) don’t take into account major things inside the home that can really raise the price, and that’s where we come in.
