There is a lot to be thankful for this year and here are a few things EveryHome is thankful for.

1. EveryHome continues to grow and we have been lucky to add a lot of incredible new agents to our team this year! EveryHome is thankful for the opportunity to offer real estate services to a greater portion of the region, and we would love to introduce you to our friendly hometown agents.

2. The local real estate market has seen increasing home values (great for sellers!) and continued low mortgage rates (great for buyers!).

3. With an optimistic forecast for the job market, we hope to see more folks in a financial position to achieve homeownership.

4. Homes are selling faster this year than they did last year. The Philadelphia area is also selling more quickly than the nation as a whole, at an average of 91 days on the market. And if you’re interested in selling, don’t forget that we’re offering a special — we’re listing for a total commission of just 4% if you list your home between now and the end of the year!
