Cozy 1 bedroom unit with bunkroom, you can put do what ever you want with bunk room make it a closet, put bunks back in, you decide. Full size bath and kitchen , full size refrigerator. , converted to insta hot hot water heater. Wall unit ac and window unit. this unit started life out with bunks in the hall way but they were converted to storage which is greatly needed. It is adorable what they did with for storage. Heater is ready to go for those chilly weekends. Outside you will find a deck and gazebo with a grill and they will be leaving you the golf cart! All you need is a take out menu and your clothes. Park you car drive your golf cart to bingo , lake or pool. Members lounge has tables chairs , bar and pool table. DJ's , Bands,, and lots of resort events . Season April 1st to October 31st then weekends only in the off season. The season has been paid for so you really only need your bathing suit and a take out menu! Cheaper than renting on the island!
