Welcome to my home at EveryHome, Realtors! I’m Susan Lodato and thrilled to be part of this family of knowledgeable, caring real estate professionals servicing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and New York for over 20 years.

A native of South Jersey, I currently reside part time on Long Beach Island and work as a Real Estate Agent, Pilates Instructor, and Photography Artisan. My former career began at a Philadelphia investment management firm and spanned 31 successful years as Human Resource Manager, Accounting Clerk, and Event/Travel Planner until their doors closed in 2021. A first-time home owner at age 22, my real estate experience also spans many successful years in varying capacities as a property manager, contractor, lessee, and landlord. Volunteerism has been the most rewarding of roles over the years, especially time spent with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a bedside buddy and Alliance of Therapy Dogs with my Dachshund Sophie❤️.
