Thank you for taking your valuable time to check out my bio. My husband and I purchased our very first home many years ago in the historic district of North Wales. We didn’t want to compromise on our dream home, but at the same time we had a limited budget to work with. Our home needed renovation from top to bottom, so again we had to do most of the renovation by ourselves. Thanks to YouTube and Home Depot to help us out in order to make the project complete. Right after our 1st home, we started to purchase investment properties in our neighborhood, where we gained lots of knowledge in renovating homes, flipping and/or renting them. Together with my husband, we manage short-term (like Airbnb) and long term rentals (traditional yearly lease) along with investing in properties. After multiple positive experiences with the homebuying and renovation process, I decided to start my career in real estate and translate that skill into helping others. With all these home buying and renovation knowledge that I have accumulated over the years with real world experience, I can help and direct you to find your perfect home.
I wanted to mention few things about my background. I came to the United States 15 years ago for college to pursue my career as a nurse. I received my nursing degree from South Georgia State College. My career as a nurse started in acute pediatric care and then transitioned into a geriatric/dementia unit. I knew I wanted to give back to the community somehow and being a nurse allowed me to do that by taking care of the patients.
A couple of years ago, we welcomed our first born, and being on maternity leave made me realize that I wanted a flexible schedule to spend more time with my family. During the times of being home, I found myself always looking into investment properties, decorating, and renovating. This led me to thinking about how I would be able to give back to the community again, despite leaving my job as a nurse, and that’s how I found my passion for being a real estate agent. My goal as a real estate agent is to guide and bring a satisfied experience for you in the selling and buying process. In my personal time when I’m not helping clients find their dream home, I enjoy traveling with my beautiful family - walking trails, going to lakes and beaches, and spending time with family and friends. Our personal goal is to visit all 50 National parks by 50 years of age (10 down – 40 to go)
