Liz Diamondstein, Realtor
Hi there, my name is Elizabeth Diamondstein, but everyone calls me “Liz”. Here is a little about me personally: I am proudly 46 years of age, and a single mother of one fabulous son. I’m an avid runner, and mostly run alone in my neighborhood. I’ve competed in several 5K’s, 10K’s, ½ marathons and other organized runs alike, but honestly mostly enjoy running alone on the road.
I’m a three-time cancer survivor and thankful for the disease and recovery. Both have allowed me to expand my thoughts of the world, the people in it, and how I choose to live my life every day.
Professionally, I always followed and have been enthralled with the Real Estate Market. Ten years ago, I purchased my first commercial property and business. Last year (2014), I sold the business after 10 very successful years. Having owned several condos and houses throughout the years, in addition to a few investment properties, it felt natural and even logically to obtain a Real Estate License and help others find and negotiate similar opportunities. I have a remarkable eye for structural quality and value. When looking for investments whether they are business-related or for personal use, I focus on land value, improvements, taxes, and overall sustainablity. If purchased wisely, real estate will be the best investment of money in your lifetime.
Currently, I’m working part-time with EveryHome Realtors while attending Temple University’s Fox School of Business for my MBA. I’m excited to expand my knowledge in business and share all of it with my new clients (sellers/buyers). I am also excited to share one of the biggest, happiest, and most pivotal moments of your lifetime with you!
I look forward to hearing from you!! Warmest Regards,
