Julie Blanchard-bono, Real Estate Agent
When I sift through the many home options for a client, I see two things: Someone’s future family home and an investment. I see my job as helping you find both in the same property.
I joined EveryHome in 2010 because of the great experience I had as an EveryHome client. Bonnie Mullin and Co-founder Katie Kennedy helped sell my family’s home in Lower Gwynedd for a move to a new house in Chestnut Hill. As our daughter’s went off to college, we traded a spacious suburban home for walkability and a more urban neighborhood. Now Bonnie and I work together as the “Mullin-Bono Team” at EveryHome!
As a Realtor, I am able to offer the same perks I received: Listing commission at 4.5%, and easy-out listing contract, and maximum exposure. Plus, buyers may qualify for our Cash@Closing program.
The Best Real Estate Decisions are Made from Careful Tradeoffs Since I joined EveryHome, I’ve been helping others make similar decisions when buying a new home: size for location, condition for size, neighborhood for families, fixer uppers vs. low maintenance.
I earned my real estate license shortly after graduation from college in 1985. I am always on the lookout for a new real estate project, and my license has allowed my family to make strategic home investments through four home moves, sometimes to my husband’s chagrin! Throughout this time, I have honed my skills in real estate investing specializing in residential and rental properties.
Considering What Matters Most My first question for any property that I present to clients is, “Will it make a good home for my client’s unique needs?” The second question is equally important, “Will taxes, updates and maintenance cost for this home, be affordable for my client?
From EveryHome to Your Home To make an informed decision, you will want to consider many of the homes that fit your criteria. I will help you whittle down your choices, listening carefully to what you like and don’t like about the properties we visit during your search. Throughout the process, I aim to give you a clear picture of the true costs of any home, including closing costs.
Closing Time: We Will Make a List. I Will Check it Twice! Buying and selling homes can be stressful. That’s why I have developed a set of checklists for homebuyers and sellers, which you have from the start of the transaction. Checklists, plus clear communication from me throughout the process, are my hallmark: I want your sale to go smoothly.
Value My experience in home renovations and property maintenance will help you see the difference between a money pit and a solid investment. Plus, The EveryHome Cash@Closing program and the reduced listing commission will help you achieve your goals.
Personally My husband and I have now raised two adult daughters who have graduated from college. I serve on the Condo Association board at our family’s business location in Plymouth Meeting.
With our girls out of school, we find time to plan tennis and paddle in several leagues, and enjoy walking to the local coffee shop each morning before work. And, we love to travel! After all, even the best travel experiences assure you that, “there’s no place like home.”
