There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.

My experience as a real estate professional has taught me to learn real estate from the "bottom up." I started out in real estate buying and rehabbing my own primary residence after watching episodes of the Handyman television series, and reading "How To" books in the local library. This allowed me to sharpen a keen eye for estimating repairs and spotting potential problems. It also allowed me the opportunity to network with local building inspectors, and government officials who provided excellent feedback and referrals. I know the local culture, I speak their language, and my over 28 years of experience in the community has garnered me the respect and admiration that money cannot buy.

My philosophy has always been to provide a higher level of service to corporate owners and to be the single point of contact for all REO dispositions in Mercer and surrounding areas. I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to needs.

Previously, I was the Listing Agent for BLB Resources, Raine, and Ofori, responsible for the marketing and sales of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties. Prior to HUD, I worked for FannieMae, Ocwen, and AltiSource, and I am still active and familiar with all online auction portals including Hudson & Marshall, Auction.com, and Hubzu, and currently Beacon.

I also previously hosted monthly outreach events in Mercer County and other Real Estate Brokerages, where I correspond with other agents on how to navigate the HUD sales portal and sell many of my listings quicker, so my network has continued to evolve and grow. As the primary listing agent for HUD REOs in the Mercer County area, my duties included weekly inspections, Broker Price Opinions, Comparative Market Analysis, Field Service Coordination, Sales, Marketing, Inspection Photos, and Bid Submission and Follow Up.
