Bonnie Mullin, Realtor
To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. -Douglas Adams
I was born and raised in Delaware County. After graduating from college, I began a career in fashion merchandising. It was an exciting job that afforded me the opportunity to travel extensively for business. Then came love, then came marriage and with them, those baby carriages! My husband, Ed, and I moved to Montgomery County and have lived there for over 30 years. While raising our 3 children, I was a stay-at-home mom. Just about the time I decided to reenter the workforce, I met Katie Kennedy, Owner of EveryHome Realty. Katie so impressed me with the EveryHome approach to real estate that I joined the company in 2007, and I have not looked back since. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful experience. As real estate professionals, it is our job to help make the process as easy as possible for our clients. I find it very fulfilling when my buyers walk into a house feeling it is "the one." It then becomes my mission to negotiate a deal to get them “their” house and guide them through the buying process in a way which ensures a smooth path to the settlement table.
Equally rewarding is bringing an acceptable offer to my sellers, allowing them to move on with the next phase of their lives. My EveryHome colleague and longtime friend, Julie Bono, and I make up the Mullin-Bono Team for listings, bringing our experience and professionalism to our sellers. We pride ourselves on giving our listings the exposure and attention to detail they deserve in order to attract buyers. We are there from the day the “Sale” sign goes up until the day the “Sold” sign comes down.
In addition to being a member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors (MCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR), I am also licensed in the state of New Jersey and am a member of the Cape May County Association of Realtors (CMCAR.)
I would welcome the opportunity to work with you!
