Hi there! I'm Binny Cherian. My career journey began in sales, where I sold Toshiba fax machines. After earning my bachelor’s degree in accounting, an MBA, and a graduate diploma in Computer Science, I’ve had the privilege of working primarily in the Financial and Healthcare sectors.

I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and doing my best to assist them. My passion for design, architecture, and photography has now led me to embrace my role as a real estate agent.

I hail from the vibrant, multicultural city of Hyderabad, India. In addition to English and my mother tongue, Malayalam (which, fun fact, is a palindrome!), I also speak several Indian languages, including Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.

Outside of work, you can find me enjoying movies, hitting the gym, or listening to music. I live in Souderton with my wife and our four wonderful children. I also volunteer at St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church in Northeast Philadelphia as a Sunday school teacher.
