Pottstown School District Highlights
Pottstown High School is notable for offering an integrated career and technical education (CTE) to interested 10th-12th grade students. As a comprehensive high school, Pottstown hosts the CTE classes in the same building, and students aren’t required to be transported elsewhere or be subject to scheduling conflicts.

In addition to a wide variety of extracurricular activities, Pottstown School District successfully competes in the 10-school Pioneer Athletic Conference (PAC-10) which includes surrounding school districts such as Boyertown, Phoenixville, Pottsgrove, and Methacton.

The school district comprises six schools, including Elizabeth B. Barth Elementary School, Franklin Elementary School, Lincoln Elementary School, Rupert Elementary School, Pottstown Middle School and Pottstown High School.

In addition to the public school district, the highly selective Hill School is also located within Pottstown. The boarding school welcomes students from around the world. Montgomery County Community College’s West Campus is also located within Pottstown.
