Neshaminy School District

Proudly serving 8,400 students over 27 square miles, Neshaminy is a spirited school district with a comprehensive curriculum and a wide array of extracurricular opportunities.

There is no shortage of things to do in Neshaminy School District! Students are offered the opportunity to partake in a wide variety of clubs and activities, including a World Languages Club, Future Business Leaders of America, Dance Team, and Science Club.

The district is overseen by a nine-member Board of School Directors. The position’s term of office is four years, and members are elected from three different regions within the district which ensures fair representation.

Neshaminy High School offers a wide range of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which allow high school students to earn college credit through rigorous courses. The district’s AP participation rate was 37% in 2015 according to US News and World Report.

Neshaminy School District operates eleven schools, including Pearl S. Buck Elementary School, Joseph Ferderbar Elementary School, Oliver Heckman Elementary School, Herbert Hoover Elementary School, Lower Southampton Elementary School, Walter Miller Elementary School, Albert Schweitzer Elementary School, Tawanka Middle School, Maple Point Middle School, Poquessing Middle School, Carl Sandburg Middle School, and Neshaminy High School.

Neshaminy School District serves the townships of Lower Southampton and Middletown, and the boroughs of Hulmeville, Langhorne, Langhorne Manor, and Penndel. This includes all or parts of the towns of Levittown, Feasterville Trevose, and Southampton.

Additionally, Bucks County is home to over 130 private schools, many of which are conveniently located near Neshaminy School District.

Typically priced under $300,000, these well-maintained neighborhoods typically offer lawn care, and some even offer an association pool or tennis courts! These communities are typically located in Langhorne or Feasterville.
