Collegeville was originally known as the village of Perkiomen Bridge, and also as Freeland. When Ursinus College was founded in 1869, the borough adopted the name of Collegeville.

What To Do In Collegeville Borough
Just seconds outside of the borough, you’ll find the Providence Town Center with dozens of boutiques, fine restaurants, a movie theater, LA Fitness, Wegman’s, and more. We especially love Firebirds Wood Fired Grille and all of the specialty stores!
For delicious Italian food in a pub atmosphere, be sure to check out DaVinci’s! Located in the middle of the borough, DaVinci’s offers plenty of specials, friendly service, and an excellent menu that the whole family will enjoy.
