| Buyers Get Rebates |
The Real Estate Commissions of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey allow real estate brokerages like ours to provide rebates to our clients, and we have done so since we opened for business in 1999.
We offer five different rebates, and more than half of our buyers receive all five. The “Rebate Overview” link on the left of this page lists the individual rebates.
Throughout our website, the total of the rebates is displayed along with the asking price. The rebates are a function of several factors, including the sale price, the seller assist, and the fee that EveryHome receives from the seller’s agent. As these factors change, the rebate can change.
To determine your exact rebate, we provide a rebate-calculator for each home. On any property’s page, click on “Our Rebates” to display the rebate-calculator. This is the calculator that we use.
A note of caution: The Real Estate Commissions of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey require that the rebates we provide to you must be noted on the settlement sheet. Occasionally, our clients choose a mortgage lender that will not allow the rebate to be reflected on the settlement sheet. If the rebate is not on the settlement sheet, we cannot provide it. Please discuss this when you are interviewing mortgage lenders. Your EveryHome agent will be happy to assist you.
