Our Christmas Wish
| 1. We wish for continued low interest rates, a strong job market, and lending standards to permit first time buyers to achieve homeownership. We heard a rumor that first time buyers might make up an impressive 40% of home sales this upcoming year, and we hope that becomes true!

| 2. We wish for all of our listings to appraise for full value and that all largely inaccurate property valuation sites (ahem **Zestimates**) be taken with a grain of salt. |
| 3. And, lastly, we wish for the inventory of homes for sale to increase in the spring so that our buyers may find the home of their dreams. |
