Operation Christmas Child at EveryHome

EveryHome helps with Operation Christmas Child

Can you believe that more than 100 million boys and girls around the world have received shoeboxes filled with goodies from good Samaritans like you? Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has been collecting and distributing shoeboxes filled with simple gifts for children on Christmas day, and National Collection Week for these boxes is November 17-24!

The task is simple: dig out a shoebox from your closet and pack it with a few gifts that will delight a child on Christmas morning! After you select a gender and age group (details on their website), the fun part begins! Stuff your box with a few fun things such as dolls, toy trucks, stuffed animals and jump ropes, and consider adding a few hygiene items (toothbrushes, soap) and school supplies. Once your box is filled, drop it off at one of the designated local spots.
EveryHome is excited to be hosting a “packing party” next Wednesday, with many of our hometown agents shopping and wrapping for some very deserving kids around the world. Be sure to keep updated on our Facebook page to see how we do this year!
