Avg Sale Price/Original Asking Price: 93.99% (+0.57%)

Chester County Prices
Median Settled Price: $314,000 (+3.29%)
Avg Sale Price/Original Asking Price: 95.08% (+0.97%)

Delaware County Prices
Median settled price: $200,000 (-5.15%)
Avg Sale Price/Original Asking Price: 91.42% (+0.46%)

Montgomery County Prices
Median settled price: $265,000 (+1.53%)
Avg Sale Price/Original Asking Price: 93.75% (+0.37%)
