Welcome to New Hanover Township!

Located in northern Montgomery County just east of Pottstown is this friendly and tranquil township. Plus, New Hanover Township is one of the fastest growing townships in the state of Pennsylvania! Still, New Hanover remains a semi-rural place to live and is home to approximately 11,000 residents across 21.6 square miles.

New construction is especially popular in Marlborough Township due to urban sprawl – in fact, the majority of homes for sale are brand new!
